John Fitzgerald

John joined Pacific Union in April 2003, and very quickly rose to become a top producer at the company during his first four years. In January 2007 he joined Byzantium, partnering with Gilbert Fleitas and Steven Mavromihalis, and strengthened what was already one of Pacific Union�s most successful commercial and residential brokerage practices.

John�s experience brings additional depth to the team. His real estate knowledge includes personal ownership of TICs and direct experience with the San Francisco condo-conversion process. He is a member of CAR, NAR, SFAR is also SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) certified, so he is trained and educated to assist mature clients and their families with real estate issues specific to their needs.

Prior to entering real estate, John had over 10 years of sales and marketing experience and held senior positions at Ketchum Advertising, Wired Magazine and Guru Worldwide. During his tenure, he developed strategic partnerships with over 50 companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies (including Bank of America, Electronic Arts, Office Depot, Oracle, SBC and Sun).

Born and raised just outside Chicago, John is a professional voice actor and a performer of live improvised comedy. He graduated with a BA in Political Science and Economics from Colgate University.
